1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ctrlward.com, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase from us.
These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and visitors.

CTRLWard LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas. We operate an online store selling sealed trading card game products.

3. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
CTRLWard LLC is an independent reseller of officially manufactured sealed products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Riftbound, League of Legends, and all related trademarks, logos, card designs, and intellectual property are owned by Riot Games, Inc. and their respective rights holders.
All products sold by CTRLWard LLC are factory-sealed items purchased from established suppliers and resold under the first sale doctrine. Products are not materially altered.
4. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on this website is error-free, complete, current, or reliable.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice
- Change or update product information at any time
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Discontinue products at any time
If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund or proceed at the correct price.
5. Product Authenticity
All products sold by CTRLWard LLC are factory-sealed items from established suppliers. We do not sell resealed, opened-and-resealed, or previously opened products as "new" or "sealed."
If you believe you have received a counterfeit, tampered, or non-genuine product, contact us at support@ctrlward.com with photos and your order number. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a full refund or replacement.
6. Randomized Content Acknowledgment
Trading card game products contain randomized contents. The specific cards, rarities, and values included in any sealed booster pack, booster box, or other sealed product are determined during manufacturing and are unknown to both CTRLWard LLC and the customer at the time of purchase.
By purchasing sealed TCG products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The contents of sealed products are randomized and cannot be verified before opening
- CTRLWard LLC makes no guarantees or representations regarding the specific cards, rarities, or market values contained in any sealed product
- The value of a sealed product is the value of the sealed item itself, not the unknown contents inside
- You may not return or claim a refund based on dissatisfaction with the randomized contents after opening a sealed product
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from CTRLWard LLC. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Orders placed by individuals under 18 may be canceled. If we discover an order was placed by a minor, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus a 6% cancellation fee.
8. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase (not the price when you added items to your cart). Prices displayed on third-party websites, marketplaces, or price comparison sites may not reflect our current prices.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
9. Payment
We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods offered through Shopify's secure payment processing.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method, the information is accurate, and you will pay all charges at the posted prices including applicable taxes and shipping.
Payment is processed immediately when you place your order. For pre-orders, payment is charged at the time you place the pre-order, not when the product ships.
10. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products from CTRLWard LLC. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
11. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before your order ships by emailing support@ctrlward.com with "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]" as the subject line. Requests sent later may be missed.
A 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged by credit card processors and PayPal (typically 2.9% - 3.5% per transaction). Example: If you cancel a $100 order, you will receive a $94 refund. By requesting a cancellation, you agree to these terms.
Once your order has shipped and you receive a tracking number, it cannot be canceled. See our Return & Refund Policy for information about returns after delivery.
12. Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product per customer, per order, or per household. Orders that exceed quantity limits may be partially canceled and refunded without notice. We do not accept bulk or wholesale inquiries at this time.
13. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are items not yet released by the manufacturer but available for advance purchase. You are charged immediately (not when the product ships). Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description and are not guaranteed.
If you purchase a pre-order item and in-stock items in the same order, all items will ship together when the pre-order becomes available. If you need in-stock items immediately, place them in a separate order.
You may cancel a pre-order before it ships, subject to the 6% cancellation fee. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
14. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days with 3-7 business day delivery. We ship to domestic US addresses only (no PO boxes, no international). Tracking is included with all orders. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
15. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We do not accept returns on sealed products due to the nature of randomized TCG contents. We accept returns for wrong items or items damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTRLWard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, purchase of products, errors in product information, shipping delays, or unauthorized access to your personal information.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, or $100, whichever is less. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
17. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to defraud CTRLWard LLC, using bots or scrapers, violating purchase limits, submitting false information, interfering with website security, or harassing our staff or other customers.
We reserve the right to terminate your access and cancel any orders if you engage in prohibited conduct.
18. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas.
If you have a dispute, please contact us at support@ctrlward.com before filing any legal action. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
20. Agreement and Modifications
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CTRLWard LLC. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email or website notice.
